Dustin Walters (Owner/Guide)
Dustin has over 10 years of backpacking and other wilderness experience. His first two years out of high school he spent guiding white water rafting and teaching snowboarding in Central Oregon. His education is in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and these days his day job is doing GIS, mapping and AutoCAD work for a power company on the Oregon Coast. While he lived in Central Oregon Dustin spent five years as a search and rescue volunteer where he learned tons of wilderness first aid and various wilderness skills. He is a nut when it comes to outdoor survival skills and practices them any time he can. He taught a wilderness survival skills course for the search and rescue academy as well. In his leisure time, you guessed it, he loves to go backpacking. He has backpacked much of the Cascade Mountains over the years. He's also backpacked in remote areas of Canyonlands NP, Southern Utah, Grand Canyon NP, Arizona, Colorado and the Sierra Nevadas. Also in his free time he kayaks, rafts, mountain bikes, climbs, fishes, hunts, plays sports, hangs out with his awesome dog, and chills with friends and family. Sounds like a pretty cool dude to me!

Steven Walters (Guide/Freestyle Walker)
What you're not being told about Steven is what you want to know, and what you know is 100% correct! It's a bird, it's a plane, it's a young Burt Reynolds? No, it's Steven Walters.....backpacking guide!
Steven is young but experienced and has been backpacking for years, from the cascades to the desert canyons of the South West, he has done it all. He's a student, an athlete and an adventurer. He has a knack for finding awesome walking sticks. Road trips are his second job, behind his other second job of guiding backpacking trips. He doesn't technically even have a first job. Most interesting man in the world?, not quite, but a contender none the less.
